Angela Gossow Urach

Angela Gossow grew up in Cologne alongside three other siblings. When she was 17, her parents split up. The bankruptcy of their company brought on more financial difficulties. She was further hampered by being anorexic or bulimic. Gossow's reaction to her decision to not continue as the singer of ARCH ENEMY was simple: There is a right and wrong time for everything. I started out in 1991. My enthusiasm for living in the open road had diminished. Instead of feigning it I quit, I decided to stop. The band was originally led by Johan Liiva, who was then replaced by German vocalist Angela Gossow. The song You're the voice was recorded in 1986 by Australian vocalist John Farnham. It became popular not just in Australia but also in Ireland and the UK. In literature, an archenemy is sometimes spelled as arch-enemy. The archenemy is the main enemy of the hero in the world of fiction.
