Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model. She started participating in fitness contests when she was 16 after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. Then she received her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16. Within a single year, she was granted her professional card aged 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to take an absence of six years from performing following the award of her Pro card in order to finish the college. Following her completion of college Ariel came back in the year the year 2015. She continued where she was in prior contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for a number of years after her debut, establishing higher targets for herself every year. By the end of 2009 she had won four health titles. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel completed the first six years of contest to earn her college degree. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the show, she placed third. The summer of 2016 saw her took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage just three months later, and took home 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by her performance. It is no surprise that Ariel placed well considering she was competing against top of the line athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. Her exercises to work her back are bent-over rows on the machine that use single arm pull downs with lats. First, she warms up before moving on to the sets she works on. Ariel also Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as feasible. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
