Born on the 18th of October 1984, American Alpine skier Lindsey Vonn who is now retired, won 4 World Cup competitions and the downhill gold medal in the 2010 Winter Olympics. She has the second highest Super Score among skiers both female and male. She's among the world's greatest skiers and is also the most loved american skier. Lindsey American World Cup alpine ski racer Caroline Vonn also known as Lindsey Vonn competes for the US Ski Team. Four times she has been named the winner of the World Cup overall competition. She has a long and distinguished track record in American sports. Six women have been the only ones to win the five World Cup alpine ski events. She won 82 World Cups. She's one of the best skiers and racers in the US. Four-time World Cup winner decided to retire after battling a variety of ailments. The announcement of her retirement came via social media. This week, I'll race in the final race of my career in the Downhill and SG World Championships in Re Sweden.
